Building Certification

Building certification programs define a level of building performance needed to obtain a third-party or government clean energy certification. Programs can include audits and additional assessments. A certification program could be “pass/fail” or include a differentiated rating system to reflect varying levels of energy performance and/or emissions reductions below a predetermined baseline measure.
