The Corporation of the City of Guelph Global Energy Management Implementation Case Study
The City of Guelph, one of the first planned towns in Canada, is a single‐tier municipality in the province of Ontario, Canada with a population of approximately 150,000 people.
Through concerted collaboration by city staff and with ongoing support from City Council and the corporation’s top management, the corporation has implemented an energy management system compliant with the globally recognized ISO 50001 standard.
