Founded in 1912, ArcelorMittal Dofasco is Canada’s leading flat rolled steelmaker and a flagship site for the world’s largest steel and mining company, ArcelorMittal. Although ISO 50001 certification was only achieved in October of 2018, the results of implementing ISO 50001 and development of an energy management system worthy of the international standard spans the last 3 years (2016 – 2018).
