ADNOC Offshore is ADNOC’s dedicated offshore arm responsible for the development and delivery of oil and gas resources in Abu Dhabi’s waters. In 2018, ADNOC Offshore was formed through the consolidation of two of ADNOC’s upstream oil and gas companies: Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO) and Zakum Development Company (ZADCO).
