This website hosts the Electric Vehicle (EV) Project, which characterizes vehicle use in diverse topographic and climatic conditions, evaluates the effectiveness of charge infrastructure, and conducts revenue system trials for commercial and public charge infrastructures. ECOtality North America (N.A.) is partnering with Nissan N.A. to deploy up to 4,700 all-electric vehicles, the Nissan LEAF and 11,210 charging systems to support strategic markets in five states and the District of Columbia.
