Building Codes Assistance Project (BCAP) (Website)

The Building Codes Assistance Project (BCAP) provides custom-tailored assistance on building energy code adoption and implementation. It assists state and local regulatory and legislative bodies and helps coordinate others representing environmental interests, consumers, labor and industry. BCAP also provides states with code advocacy assistance on behalf of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and coordinates with the DOE technical assistance program.
