This website provides 16 presentations from a workshop held in Beijing, 7-8 December 2010, as well as a workshop summary. Experts shared the methodologies and results of U.S. renewable energy integration and transmission studies, introduced management measures and technical solutions for resolving the integration problem, including large balancing areas, transmission planning, wind forecasting, grid codes, energy storage and coal plant flexibility.
