Mr.Gérald Sanchis is Secretary General of CIGRE France, consultant in transmission engineering. As technical expert, he has participated in various organisations in Europe (ENTSO-E, CENELEC), France (EDF, RTE, SEE) and Germany (EnBW). He is senior member of IEEE, and a distinguished member of CIGRE. He has led CIGRE studies on asset management and on interconnections. He coordinated the European e-highway 2050 project.
